Product Details
The foundation of the 5 x 10 machine is a 4200 pound very heavy duty welded steel floor model frame.
The Bakelite vacuum table with T-Slot tracks is then mounted to the steel frame for an excellent working surface with plenty of options for the use of hold down jigs and vacuum clamping.
The German made, Becker 300 cubic meter per hour vacuum pump, (200 CMH on 4 x 8 / 300 CMH on
4 x 9 & 5 x 10) offers plenty of holding power to keep parts in place while machining. To operate the vacuum zones, the CabinetMaker has a simple push button electrical panel for ease of operation under the frame.
The CabinetMaker comes with six heavy duty adjustable feet to make sure of a solid footing on the shop floor.

The massive gantry rides on extremely accurate helical rack and pinion and linear guide ways for each of “X”, “Y” and “Z” movements. The gantry movement is powered by Yaskawa servo motors and controllers for a cutting speed of up to 700 inches per minute and a travelling speed up to 1500 inches per minute. The router spindle is a high quality Italian made HSD brand 9kw (12HP) three phase motor which comes with 10mm, 20mm, 3/8″ and 1/2″ high precision ER32 collets.
The CabinetMaker CNC offers 12″ of “Z” travel while providing up to 10.5″ of machining height which is extremely helpful for the occasional solid wood machining most shops encounter. At the rear of the vacuum table is the linear tool holder with eight holder positions for the ISO30 chucks and tooling.
Also near the tool holders is a tool changing station and wrench for quick and easy changes of tooling. A tool measuring device is also a key feature to allow quick measurements on new loaded tools. The machining area of the 4′ x 9′ model is 49¾” x 109¾″ (4′ x 8′ model working area is: 49 1/4″ x 97.5″ /
5 x 10 model working area is 61 ¾” x 121 ½”). All CabinetMaker models feature a gantry clearance height of 12″.
Also near the tool holders is a tool changing station and wrench for quick and easy changes of tooling. A tool measuring device is also a key feature to allow quick measurements on new loaded tools. The machining area of the 4′ x 9′ model is 49¾” x 109¾″ (4′ x 8′ model working area is: 49 1/4″ x 97.5″ /
5 x 10 model working area is 61 ¾” x 121 ½”). All CabinetMaker models feature a gantry clearance height of 12″.
For ease of machining, we include a set of six adjustable pneumatic reference pins which allows the operator to quickly load and reference sheets, as well as align both large sheets and small parts for double-sided machining applications. No mistaking where your router bit will find the work piece.
For operation of the machine we include the simple and easy to use NC60A controller with 27″ monitor screen on a separate operations stand.

The overhead dust collection assembly is extremely well designed for efficiency and ease of use.
The dust hood will automatically raise and lower via pneumatic cylinder when changing or measuring tools, but what makes the CabinetMaker dust control unique is that the dust boot “floats” on top of the material.
This feature will increase suction while extending the life of the dust bristles and eliminating any down pressure caused by the bristles, reducing the likelihood of small parts being moved while in operation. The dust hood has a 6” inlet with an attached 6″ hose to an upper dust connection point, keeping the shop dust collection a simple and out of the way task.
